the results are in

I had my day o’ pretty and here are the results!

Haven: not so great. The person who did my facial was late. So that was a bummer even though I know that things happen or what not. However she was very nice and gave me an extra fruit mask to make up for it. I’m not sure if it was walking straight into humidity afterwards or if she just put way too much of the mask on and not enough of came off afterwards but as soon as my face felt the New York City air, my skin suddenly felt very heavy and sticky.

::shrugs:: I’ll still go back to them for one more shot at it.

JSisters: AMAZING! I had Fatima and she is so nice! She’s not shy about telling you what you may or may not experience if it’s you’re first time getting any threading done, which is was for me. I’ve heard that it hurt but I fortunately didn’t feel much pain at all. The sound is familiar to the sound of a buzzer cutting a man’s hair? lol Basically it sounds awful but it didn’t hurt really. Although I think my skin may be numb due to the constant waxing that I put it through throughout my college years.

Fatima was really good about the eyelashes too! I thought it would take forever but it was surprisingly quick!

Overall I really loved the amount of estrogen flowing throughout the 4 level spa/hair styling/nails/I don’t even know. lol
